The Huntingdon Borough Police Department will be hosting Huntingdon Borough’s First National Night Out.

Huntingdon Borough will join thousands of communities across the Country celebrating the 34th Annual National Night Out Celebration. National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live. National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community. Furthermore, it provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances.

Attendees will find children activities (crafts, face painting, sidewalk chalk drawings, a coloring contest, emergency vehicles on display, music, and much more) The park facilities (playground, skate park, etc.) will be open for recreation fun as well

Come out as a Community and join with the Huntingdon Borough Police Department in making a stand against criminal activity.

Attendees are to utilize the municipal parking lot at 7th and 8th Streets. The parking lot to Portstown Park will be closed for the festivities.
