The AIR Network has teamed up with to provide regional programming on the Internet and on all mobile devices. The partnership will allow the AIR Network to produce regional high school sporting events, church services and other activities live and archive those events on the AIR Network website at “We’ve been exploring several options to continued growth with new era technology and found our best fit with”, according to CEO and President Greg Banks. “It is our hope to begin production as early as late October with regional high school football and perhaps a few area Halloween parades”said Banks.

The Air Network was developed in January of 2011 providing live audio of area high school basketball playoffs and several other events such as the Ken Lantzy Finest 40 All Star Football game in June of 2011. The AIR was developed as a joint venture of and Banks Media Group of Johnstown, PA. Banks Media Group also operates cable channels in Huntingdon, Mifflin and parts of Bedford and Blair Counties in Pennsylvania.

“The combination of professionally produced audio and video events live on the Internet and the mobile platforms will allow us to continue the Game of the Week initiative started over 17 years ago with Charter Communications, then dropped by Atlantic Broadband after I retired” remarked Banks.

“We’re looking forward to future growth with in bringing the region live, local events that include our kids” Banks stated.
